Ninco Digital racetrack
Autopista is a 15-meter Ninco Digital track. The track is designed in order to let small children and beginners to have fun with slot racing. The bends are not too difficult and the power is adjustable.
Ninco Digital
In the beginning I was very disappointed about the digital system of Ninco. I love the track surface of Ninco and I now accepted the stupid limitations of the digital system. I do not use the standard transformers most of the time but an adjustable type of DS Racing. I turned it down to 12 Volts when I am racing with my kids and guests. 14 volts gives too much power to the cars for beginners. On the weekly race night with my friends I use the two standard transformers of Ninco. The console is set in the Amateur mode and I race without magnets!
Digital Racing
I have chipped over 30 cars from the brands Ninco, Slot.it and NSR. The other cars stay on the shelves, as it is a pity that the system cannot be changed from digital to analog. But I admit digital racing gives more fun than analog racing. In my room where I have my track I can invite at the most four other racers. They all have a good view on the track. Every week I host a race with two other friends. Three slotcars on a small track seems to be more than enough, especially if there are lots of crashes. We use the pause-button after each crash in order to put the de-slotted car back on track.
Autopista Track
The Autopista track has a length of 15 meters. I have 3 left lane changers and 3 right lane changers. As I wanted to have a longer pit street, because you can slow down better, I use four single lane track pieces of Ninco (known form Kit4).
Lights of Artkit are added and of course I will add some scenery.
